Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of the Winfinity website, entry into prize competitions, instant-win products, and any associated prize fulfilment. By creating an account or entering a competition, you agree to these terms.
1. About Winfinity
Winfinity operates online prize competitions and instant-win products for eligible adults in the United Kingdom.
Competition-specific details such as the prize, entry price, ticket cap, closing date, draw method, and any special rules shown on the relevant competition page form part of these terms.
2. Eligibility
Unless a competition specifically states otherwise, entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Employees, directors, immediate family members, and any person professionally connected with the operation or promotion of a competition may be excluded.
- You must provide accurate account, contact, and age-verification details.
- Winfinity may request proof of age, identity, address, or payment ownership before releasing a prize.
- Entries may be refused or cancelled where eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out through your account.
Winfinity may suspend or close accounts where fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, chargeback misuse, or misleading registration details are suspected.
4. Paid entry and ticket allocation
Paid entries must be completed through the Winfinity checkout flow. Tickets, spins, and instant-win plays are only valid once payment has been successfully authorised and recorded.
For standard competitions, ticket numbers are allocated from the available range after successful payment. For instant-win products, the result is linked to the allocated ticket number at the point of purchase and then revealed through the relevant game mechanic.
5. Free postal entry
Where a free postal entry route is offered, it must be used exactly as described on the relevant competition page. Postal entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or do not comply with the published instructions may be rejected.
Postal entries must arrive before the published closing date and will only be processed if they satisfy the same eligibility rules as paid entries.
A valid postal route does not guarantee entry if the relevant competition has already closed or the instructions published for that competition have not been followed.
6. Competition closing, extensions, and sold-out draws
Each competition page shows the planned closing time, prize information, entry price, and any applicable ticket cap. Competitions may close early if all available entries are sold.
Where necessary, Winfinity may extend, amend, suspend, or cancel a competition for operational, legal, technical, or supplier reasons. If this happens, a clear notice will be shown on the site and reasonable alternative arrangements will be made where required.
7. Winner selection and instant-win outcomes
For standard competitions, the winning ticket is selected from the valid entries recorded for that competition once the draw closes.
For instant-win products, the result is determined by the allocated ticket number and the pre-configured prize mapping for that game. Visual game animations, scratch surfaces, or wheel graphics are presentation layers only and do not override the recorded result linked to the ticket.
8. Prize fulfilment
Winners must follow any verification steps requested by Winfinity before a prize is released. Failure to respond within the stated period, or failure to provide satisfactory verification, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner where the rules allow.
Cash, vouchers, site credit, and physical prizes may each have different fulfilment times depending on verification, supplier lead times, banking checks, and delivery arrangements.
- Site credit prizes are normally applied automatically to the winner's wallet once the win is confirmed.
- Physical prizes may be supplied directly by a third-party supplier or dealership.
- Unless expressly stated, prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
9. Refunds, failed payments, and chargebacks
Entries are not valid until payment is successfully completed. Failed, cancelled, reversed, or disputed payments do not create a valid entry.
Once a valid paid entry has been accepted and a competition or instant-win result has been allocated, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where Winfinity decides, acting reasonably, that an operational error has affected the entry.
10. Site credit
Where site credit is awarded, it is credited to the member wallet connected to the winning account and may be used against future eligible purchases.
Site credit is promotional account value and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless a competition page specifically states otherwise.
11. Prohibited conduct
Winfinity may void entries, suspend accounts, or withhold prizes where there is evidence of fraudulent behaviour, automated play, false identity details, collusion, tampering, chargeback abuse, or attempts to interfere with the fair running of a competition.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, Winfinity is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, technical interruptions, third-party platform outages, postal delays, banking delays, supplier failure, or events outside its reasonable control.
13. Privacy and contact
Personal information is handled in line with the privacy policy and used for account management, competition administration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and prize fulfilment.
If you need help with an order, prize, account issue, postal entry, or legal notice, you should use the contact details published on the Winfinity website at the time of contact.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a different legal basis is required for a particular competition or consumer right. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any overriding consumer protections.
